Our standard shipping and returns policy applies during this period, more information on this is available below.

Please note that all markdown products in our sale section online are always FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is notated in the product description of these items.

HOLIDAY SHOPPING POLICY:

Orders placed in-store and online between November 13th - December 24th may be exchanged until January 8th.

To be eligible for a refund, orders placed within this period follow our standard return policy and items have to be sent back in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of the order.  

  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND RATES:

FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all orders over $100. $10 shipping fee for orders under $100.

2-DAY SHIPPING at a flat rate of $20

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING at a flat rate of $40

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RATES:

International customers can now browse and shop LESET.COM in their local currency. 

We offer FREE DHL EXPRESS shipping on any orders over 250 USD. There is a 15 USD shipping fee applied to all orders under 250 USD. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES: 

For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Mexico, Israel, Hong Kong and Malaysia, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For orders going to Canada, all prices are inclusive of Duty, yet Tax is displayed at checkout.

For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you might have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24 - 48 hours. Please note, if selecting our overnight shipping option for Domestic Orders, it will ship the following day if placed after 11 AM PST. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on the below observed Holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Any orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday, and any orders placed on a Holiday will be shipped the following business day.

 

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If at the time of delivery an order is refused please note you will not be refunded for any potential shipping costs.

  

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

LESET accepts refunds or exchanges in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

While we offer free exchanges, return labels are provided with a $10 handling fee for shipping. All original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Please note, returns take 2-3 business days to process once goods are received. Also do note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Returned items must be returned in original condition and include the original tags and packaging. LESET will not accept any returns/exchanges that have signs of wear.
